The main tasks of the Center:

conducting basic and engineering research in the field of natural sciences;		preparation and implementation of relevant research projects in the field of ecology and environment, natural resources and agriculture;
study of climate changes and its impacts on biodiversity and ecosystems;		scientific research in the field of geology and mineral resources;
Introduction sophisticated methods of remote sensing and GIS-technology in scientific research;		Introduction of innovative technologies and modern equipment in scientific research.
